How to control the water level of drum in the process of boiler starting?

Answer: the boiler starting process, should according to the boiler working condition change control adjustment drum water level.At the beginning of ignition, the pot water is gradually heated, vaporized and expanded, making the water level rise. At this time, it is not easy to use the accident discharge gate to reduce the water level, but should be discharged from the regular discharge door, which can improve the quality of the pot water and promote the water circulation;With the increase of steam temperature and pressure, the amount of exhaust steam increases, the water supply should be supplemented in time according to the changing trend of drum water level;In the boiler flushing pipe or check the safety door, often due to the sudden increase of steam flow, steam pressure drop caused by serious "false water level" phenomenon, so before the above operation, should first maintain a low water level, and then according to the change of steam flow to increase the water supply, to prevent the safety door back seat and other reasons caused by the water level is too low;According to the boiler load, timely switch the feed water pipeline operation, and according to the specified conditions, into the feed water automatic.
