Before the industrial boiler starts, the inflow speed should not be too fast. If divided according to the season, it is not less than 4 hours in winter, and between 2 ~ 3 novels in other seasons, the inflow period should be especially slow.The inlet water temperature of the cold boiler is generally not more than 100℃, so that the difference between the feed water temperature into the drum and the temperature of the drum wall is not more than 40℃.The inlet temperature of the boiler is not completely cooled. The inlet temperature can be compared with the temperature of the drum wall. The general difference should be controlled within 40℃, or the inlet speed should be slowed down.

(1) Because the drum wall is thick, the expansion is slow, while the pipe wall connected to the drum wall is thin and the expansion is fast.If the inlet temperature is too high or the inlet speed is too fast, it will cause uneven expansion, cracks in the welding joint and damage to the equipment.

(2) when the feed water into the drum, always first contact with the lower half of the drum, if the temperature difference between the feed water and the drum wall temperature is too large, the water inlet speed is fast, the upper and lower wall of the drum, between the inner and outer walls will produce a large expansion difference, to the drum cause greater additional stress, causing deformation of the drum, serious crack.
